Hoping to get some support around an issue we're having with some of our clients. We're having a hard time helping our clients in remote areas with limited bandwidth (but still within the 1 MBPS up/down range suggested by GoToAssist). The screen resolution is so poor we can't see fields on the screen we need to. Doing some remote bookkeeping work, so we need to fill in a lot of fields and forms. Pixelated images, and poor response times (2-3 second lag) is making this almost impossible. We've tried the Zoom feature for increasing resolution, but it ends up being too pixelated to use well. Any suggestions (except for finding new clients) would be greatly appreciated!
@kangaroocorn In most cases where internet speeds are limited, it is the upload speed that slows the functionality down the most. You might be able to improve this if you adjust the client's display settings to a lower resolution.
Out of curiosity, have you tried GoToAssist V5 yet? (web version)
