How can I use two screens in my support sessions?

Hi Mfarw,
If your client has 2 monitors, and you have just one, you can toggle between them in your GoToAssist Expert software viewer, or even shrink the vantage point so something like 50% so you can see both the clients screens simultaneously.

If you both have 2 monitors, then you can expand the entire Expert viewer across both of your monitors to see the clients 2 monitors at 100% relative (as long as the displays are comparable size).

How are you able to expand the entire expert viewer. We both have two monitors. I can drag the window across two screens but its not optimal.

Depending on which OS you use, PCs can often Shift-Click the maximize icon to expand automatically.
