Problem with shared sessione - not automatically released

Hi, 

the automatically release of the shared licenses no longer works for a couple of days. We have got 4 licenses and the  connected users remain active even if they have left the session.

I have to manually kill the session

Hi @n_spreafico , sorry about the behavior there.

 

I'm not aware of an issue like this affecting the GoToAssist Remote Support services.  Have you tried RescueAssist as well?
