User gets alert that password has changed.

I got an email from one of my many users.

She has been getting an alert from GoToAssist that her password doesn't match the one stored in GTA.

That passwords change happens all the time.  There is nothing that the user can do when this alert pops up.  So, it's relatively useless to THEM it seems.

Eventually, I'll find out and deal with it.

In all the years using GTA, I've never heard of this happening.

Is this a fluke or by design?  Is there a workaround?

Hi @Fred Marshall

It is by design. This lets the users know they need to update the stored password if they want the technician to be able to connect and work on the computer unattended. They can right click the GTA icon in the system tray > Unattended Access > Update Stored Password.
