Adding Customers to the watchlist on Knowledge and Message section

Is it possible to add Customers to the watchlist on Knowledge and Message section? I know i can do this to Incident by enabling External CC on Account-Wide settings. I'd really like to have this feature for our customers.

Hi Narendran,
I'm going to update this post to a future enhancement idea, as you can only watchlist Users-- not customers for both.
