In that case you may want to test off-network, or reach out to your ISP for more information on troubleshooting.

Yes, I used it with my gmail ID and then I decided to go with my business email and then the problem occurs even though I use my another email address but same thing happened.If you have had an account with us before, then you may have to log in and purchase a new subscription.
If this is your first account with LogMeIn, then you may have to call directly into support to check on the activation status.
- Alright but I think so it can be a network issue because a couple of weeks ago I changed my Internet Service Provider and from that point, all these things started..
