Assigning new Service to Customers
I would to know when I a create a new service to Service Desk how to assign this service to all customers at once

I have seen similar thread (since 2014!!!). Is possibile there's no way? It's not possibile to add a new (or more then one) service to hundred of current customers manually!!! 😞
Any news on this aspect? Is not practicable to add new services and have to add them to every single customer.

- I would check with your AM or Support to see if this is something they can do on the back end.
- For already existing customers there is no way to bulk add them in the new service
- Thank you very much for your reply! This bad and inconvenient.
- Unfortunately the only way to accomplish this I believe is via Customer registration.
