Assigning new Service to Customers

I would to know when I a create a new service to Service Desk how to assign this service to all customers at once

If you need a new Service assigned to all existing Customers, please contact Support directly and we can accommodate the change within 24 hours of request.

Unfortunately the only way to accomplish this I believe is via Customer registration.

For already existing customers there is no way to bulk add them in the new service

I would check with your AM or Support to see if this is something they can do on the back end.

Any news on this aspect? Is not practicable to add new services and have to add them to every single customer.

I have seen similar thread (since 2014!!!). Is possibile there's no way? It's not possibile to add a new (or more then one) service to hundred of current customers manually!!! 😞
