Cannot Export Reports to CSV in IE10
When I try to export any report to CSV, even if it contains less than 20 tickets, it just spins and spins but it never exports. Is this a known problem?

Some 10 months later I still have the same problem. What is the solution????

I'm not sure if you're still experiencing this issue, but I believe there might be an issue with exporting to CSV if you're using IE10. Any other version of IE seems to work, or if you use Chrome or Firefox both of those seem to work too.
The team is aware of this issue, and is on their backlog for an upcoming release.
