This is exactly what we're trying to do. Ultimately, you'll be able to select as many of the attributes from an incident (eventually you'll be able to select customer, and custom fields too) if you'd like.
The challenge will be making sure we don't disrupt the UI too much by allowing this level of flexibility, and that we're not introducing any performance issues.
We should start seeing functionality being released in a phased approach over the next few weeks! 🙂
