Customising customer portal - Front page message



When a customer raises an incident in the customer-facing portal, they have radio buttons for urgency ranging from P1 to P4 etc.

Is there a way of when the customer logs into the portal, they see a constant message that advises them to call for P1 and P2 issues? Is this possible to add to the home screen and when they go to raise a ticket?

You can achieve this using the Messages function
