Customization Email

Hello,

I would like customize email.

The defaut template is very bad !!

Customers do not understand anything, it's messy, too much information.

Its possible ?

@ShaneP2  @MVP   Were you specifically referencing the Auto-Response or the Feedback Request emails?

@MVP  You may change the body of the Auto Response (when someone submits a ticket via email) or the Request for Feedback (after the Incident is closed) in your online account settings.

We'd like to be able to edit the information that is auto logged as "your feedback is recorded as". We'd like to turn this feature off completely and not just edit the initial text. Is this possible?
