Hi @DELETEMYACCOUN3,

 

This support article explains how to cancel your Service Desk account: https://support.logmeininc.com/gotoassist-service-desk/help/how-do-i-cancel-my-gotoassist-service-de...  You can click on Contact Support on that article to open a support ticket for your account to be deleted once you have cancelled your account.

I have never signed up for a subscription, I just want to have my account deleted. I have looked for several different solutions which are either undoable or confusing. 

Please delete my account as I no longer am in need of your service, thank you.

No Service Desk account was found with your email address, so there is nothing we can delete. You will need to provide more detail about why you believe there is an account open in your name to help is locate it.
