Does anyone know of a procedure to migrate from Jira to Service Desk?

I'm looking for a way to migrate/import our current Jira data into Service Desk.

Hi Dale,

We have a bunch of CSV importers, if you can get your data into a CSV format then you should be able to get everything into Service Desk.

Hi Luke,

Do you have a sample template? I'm running into error after error with formatting on what appears to be simple items. Example, the service is formatted as the name I have for my services. The status, is the name displayed for existing incidents that display the status...
