Email notifications delayed AGAIN

Email notifications are on a delay AGAIN. This has been happening a LOT for the past 6-8 months. I thought this was resolved once and for all? I can't run a business if we aren't being notified via email that new tickets have been created.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Thanks for posting! I apologize for the delays with email delivery and the frustration it has caused. We have identified an issue affecting mail delivery and have been working with our provider to correct it.
