@Mark_P   In the updated release there were some conflicts found, so we had to push this fix off for a couple more weeks.  As soon as I hear more info I will update this thread.

Hi, I've just tested this and it seems the issue is now fixed Smiley Happy the emoticon in the message body appears as a "??" though, is this how it should be appearing? Thanks

Hi @Mark_P ,

That text should only be displayed now when the system does not recognize a smileyface format.
