Recently speaking with a LogMein Support Representative they asked me to post here because of my request.
We are using the GoToAssist Service Desk and there is no way to parse tables in incidents and when a customer sends a HTML table the text becomes unreadable.
It would be nice to use this markdown format
I'd like to see table parsing added as well. To get around the issue I either edit what was tabular data from an email into a chunked list or use preformatted text. It's not ideal and can be tedious even for small tables.
I think the idea with tables is great. I would like to see the same level of formatting in Service desk posts as this discussion forum has...for both the users and customers.
