Field data removal

Hi:

For some reason I can't remove the default data from a field to type in my own data. I'm trying just like I would if I was in front of the remote computer. I highlight the field, then either type in my data or backspace to remove the data. Help, Please.

Were you using GoToAssist to remotely access a program running at an off-site PC? 

What was the application being shared at the time, and upon which operating system?
