Is it possible to get some help to understand if email notifications are being blocked (or not being sent) to a specific user in gotoassist?
Notifications had been working, but have stopped to a specific user.

I seem to be having the same problem as well for numerous users.
@jferfolia You can send a private message to me in this community with affected email spellings to check the bounced email list.
