On 4/15/2013 we released an update to GoToAssist Service Desk, here are the highlights:
- URL Changes (desk.gotoassist.com and deskapi.gotoassist.com)
- Customer Portal in Spanish, French, Italian, German and Portuguese
- Ability to Change Service Names
- Account and Technician API Tokens
- New "Create Incident for Customer" API Call
