How do I remove the Category Field from incident view if there are currently no existing categories?

During initial setup of one of our services we created a category for demo purposes only. Ultimately, they opted out of using the "category" field so we deleted our demo category within that particular service yet the field is still being displayed in their incident view.  Any ideas?  🙂

Hi, I've identified the issue. If you have categories with subcategories, and you delete all of the parent categories then Service Desk will continue displaying an empty category dropdown.

I've raised this as a defect, so we should have a fix ready in a few weeks. If you cannot wait, I can fix the problem on your account, but in order for that to happen you would need to contact Citrix Global Support http://support.citrixonline.com/en_US/GoToAssistServiceDesk/contact?question=category
