How to download a full history of all tickets

I would like help with making a full backup of all tickets that is also searchable - this would include all comments, causes, resolutions. Essentially this would be searchable even if the service desk website was inaccessible.

There are several preset reports available for ServiceDesk, or you may create your own custom report for exporting, and then sorting purposes:
