I need to update the Office phone, Other Phone, Address, Job Title, Department, and Notes for all of my customers in the service desk. I have all of this information already in a CSV. Is there a way to upload that information instead of typing in all 300+ customer changes by hand?
Hey Jordan, I'm afraid there isn't a built-in feature to update a Customer Group as a whole, but it may be possible on the back end if this is a game-changer for you.
