It would be very helpful for the Task Assignee to receive an email notification when a task is due. It'd be nice to have task notification functionality so we don't need to maintain a separate calendar out side of the web application. Thanks.
Does that triggers WHEN rule pertain to the Incidents Due Date or the Incidents Task Due Dates. If the latter it could work long as all Assignees of that particular Task gets an email notification. (there can be more than one Assignee assigned a task on an Incident)
