Hello! I would like to change the language Title for Portugues (brazil) but this is no possible! I tried by adm portal, configure menu and my account and anything do this change!. I opened the support by phone but the agent cannot help me, he sad that will send me a email but...! So can anybody help here?
Portuguese can be used for your customer portal (Configure > Customer Portal > Default Settings), but is not an offered language for Service Desk Technician at this time.
