Question about new customers and tickets
Is it possible to set it up so my customers can submit a ticket using the customer portal to the helpdesk without needing to have a login and password or maybe just without a password?

Hi Cerobug ,
While a full set of credentials is still required through the Portal, if they email your support alias, then they do not need to log in anywhere.
