Could you specify if the connections are all to the same networked computers (client side)? If so, what kind of network, location, ISP is in place there?
Have you tried running a trace route to egw1.express.gotoassist.com ?
I work from home and my team works from the office. There is no shared network. It's not even a slowdown. It just doesn't open. Sometimes we have to try and compensate for not being able to log in by trying to verbally walk a customer through it. This is crazy when we pay for a system to have that ability. I am not familiar with trace route.
