SMS Notifications for Triggers

Being able to create a 'Trigger' with an action of 'Notify via SMS' - so, for example, technicians could be notified of issues via SMS if the priority level is P1 or P2.

    The mobile apps are currently planned for some time around during the first half the year.

    Hey Paul,

    Thanks for the feedback, this not the first time we've heard this feature request. While we may not do this, we may actually end up relying on Push Notifications on our mobile apps once they're released.

    I've added a +1 against this request.
