SSO mapping with AD?

Customer ( = help desk client user) : how is it created through SSO ? How to map with Service Desk customer help desk fields ? Is it possible to add extra fields ? How to automatically attach a user to a help Desk company ? i.e. I have user field flagged in AD as Bangkok and then in Service desk have comppany Bangkok so they should automatically fall into there?
