With the Labs, every time I login to Service Desk I get the default settings and columns:
When I change/customize these settings they remain but only until I login again.
Is there a way to keep my customized settings as my defaults, so they are already set when I login? Thanks.

I also have exactly the same issue. It is really frustrating having to set it up every time I log into it.
I also get asked the "Would you recommend................" question a couple of times a day regardless of how I answer it.
I tried raising an email through your portal but at the very end it actually said "there is a technical issue, please contact support".

I apologize, the customized columns in Labs / dashboard rely on cookies, and thus if the browser session is refreshed then the custom columns reset to the standard default. There isn't a way to save custom column titles to default at this time.

I would think desk.gotoassist.com is the one.
