All the computers have the same problem
cant connect to give support of any of them
@jaimecardenas Are all affected hosts using the same network?
Has anyone been able to check their local status to do some standard troubleshooting?
We already check the network here and it´s fine
the pc affected are in different locations whit different networks
@jaimecardenas OK, this is the Service Desk Community, so were you using GoToAssist V4, GoToAssist V5, or something else?
