User & Customer Portal FLAT DESIGN
Email notifications from the Service Desk have the flat design why not update the UI(s) for the User and Customer Portal to also be Flat design? GoToMeeting has it as well for the web app and desktop ...

Actually just tested the view side by side. I have used closed tickets as an example since I have more on the screen in this view but it's the same on open tickets as well.
On my 24" monitor, you get 12 visible tickets with the new layout vs 26 in current view. That's quite a lot.
