Sorry, @Jackbigfoot -- Was this using GoToAssist to make the connection? Were you able to reboot or troubleshoot the endpoint at all?
I used Log me in client to connect. I am in a rural area of Alaska and our internet service can at times fade in/out
at various speeds...but, i was connecting ok last night...but i was not able to solve the problem even after
changing the preferences to host control from a remote user all to my favor. So, i used system restore
last night to 5:00 am yesterday...assuming i inadvertently changed some setting. After the restore i set up
personal password protection on the host computer other than my normal login. Early this morning
i logged in normally with the added funky "kinda Cool" password and all is well.
