Active Participants and Observers only

It is possible to have a go-to-meeting where some individuals are able to fully participate in the meeting and where others can only observe (listen to audio and watch video but not use chat, talk, etc.)? We have a board meeting and we are exploring how general members can observe the board meeting if they wish. They wouldn't be able to participate in the discussions or use any of the other functions. Is this possible? If so how?

Re: Active Participants and Observers only

Two options.

- Use GoToWebinar instead. It currently has a 6 webcam limit but the public enters in on a hard mute. You send your board members unique invites so they can participate via video and voice..

- Invite only those you want to participate in your GoToMeeting, lock it down and live stream it to the public.
