Button Save greyed

Hi, the button "Save" when planning a Meeting is greyed out.

Do you see any reason for this behavior?

"The problem to save / schedule new meetings from the desktop application has been solved internally by our experts, the correction will be available next week for all our customers.
 
Starting next Monday, we recommend uninstalling the desktop program, restarting your computer, and starting a new meeting from your online account to install the new version of the desktop application."

Sorry for that, it is not normal GoToMeeting behavior.

 

Have you already tried scheduling the meeting as recurring, or for another week out in advance?

Are you scheduling online, through your desktop or calendar plugin?

we have the same problem in our company.

We can start meeting, but not schedule a meeting.

For which time zone are you currently trying to schedule? 

Have you tested scheduling for the next hour, or following day?

The assistance of GoToMeeting tells me that the problem is known and is in Italy and France.
