Can't share camera neither in browser nor in the app (share camera icon grayed out)

We have startet a meeting in the app (Mac OS High Sierra Version 10.13.6) and some colleages have joined in Google Chrome (Version 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) (64-bit)). However it is not possible for anyone to share cameras. We have chosen Allow all attendees share cameras option, but it didn't help. When trying sharing camera in the browser, the message appears: We are experiencing difficulties with the video conference and are no longer able to share your camera.

Do we understand correctly, that this is GoToMeeting failure and can't be solved by the users? If not, what to do in this situation?

@Fitwise01  I'm not aware of any restrictions on webcam sharing currently.  Are you able to test this functionality again by launching a GoToMeeting through a different network or mobile device / telecom provider?
