I was previously a paid subscriber and on my private login, had a free trial.
I am now unable to start a free meeting on my Windows PC. Tried both Firefox (my default browser) and Chrome (some forums mentioned only being able to use Chrome). Neither worked.
When I login to the web page, I reach the LogMeIn My Account page. It tells me I have no products. There is supposedly an option to "Add products" on the billing page, but the billing page is greyed out.
Any idea. I have tried this a number of times over the past year on two different PCs.
Any suggestions?

I looked up your LMI Community address and found that an Administrator had previously deleted that user login. Please attempt to set up GoToMeeting Free using an alternate email address.
