Cloud Based Recording

Hello, I was hoping somebody could help.  

 

I have a recording of a meeting which is 550MB, I need to send to a customer.  On researching the Go To meeting website I see there is Cloud Recording option, however I cannot locate this on my account, can someone help me and how I enable cloud recording?

This setting is normally found in your online GoToMeeting account.  Have you checked the preferred settings there under Cloud Recordings ?  Also related there is the functionality for Transcription services.  If you don't see those there, then you will want to reach out to your company Administrator for more info.

 Thanks for the quick response.  I have checked my online settings and I cannot see anything relating to cloud recordings.  I am going to make contact with our administrator to see if any settings need to be enabled.

I am also not able to see the Cloud recording option, neither when using G2M via Web App nor using G2M Online
When I click on the Record button lower left corner it says
"Recording is not available for this meeting"
Using the local App it records to local and not offer Cloud recording at all

I am Admin and activated Cloud recording in the Admin tool for my account for testing purposes,
but that did not change anything; I did not activate Transcript as see no need for such, but do not believe this is the reason I cannot record to the Cloud (as like to have Video Feed included in the recording)

 

What is wrong  here?

@Tho-Mas -- you wouldn't happen to be on the GoToMeeting Starter plan would you?  In this case there are a couple of recording limitations, but you may still upgrade the subscription to receive unlimited storage online.

Hello,

I have a G2M Plus allowing 250 attendees, plu a G2W Pro

so that should not be the problem

OK, if you've already checked your admin settings, and online GoToMeeting settings for that Organizer login, then I would reach out to Customer Support when you can to see what's going on with the account.
