Cloud Recording

The recording for my last meeting is not showing up on my meeting history page. I worked with the admin of our system and he made some adjustments so I was able to select the transcript box in my settings. I did a test meeting after that, and it's still not recognizing the recordings when I've completed the meeting. What am I missing? Thank you.

Hi @ssill ,

If you have online / cloud recording enabled, be sure that this is also selected in your settings there.  Otherwise, your recordings will be saved to your Documents folder by default.  I would check there for your missing recording first.

Is there any easy way for me to let my admin know where that option is?
