Copy older meeting invitation?
Customer would like to reschedule older meetings. He would like to select a past meeting and copy all the data and create a new meeting. He would also invite the same people or would like to have the option to automatically do so. Please if you have any workaround or know how to do it write me. Much appreciated...
Berzsenyi GoToMeeting doesn't have the ability to send invitations to participants, so the responsibility lies with the event Organizer. Once they find and copy the original invite, they can simply replace the Meeting ID / Join link within that communication to update it.
If you need to keep a meeting ID active for longer periods in order to reuse it later, simply schedule the event as a 'recurring' or 'reusable' meeting instead.
