Getting a Time Zone warning after logging in GoToMeeting

 
Warning message:
"Your computer's time zone doesn't appear to match your account setting for (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US and Canada); Tijuana. If you want to change this, update your account."
 
My computer's time zone is correct (which is GMT + 2) and i am unable to find time zone settings in my account. The "update your account" link just opens subscriptions page.
 
I am a trial user.

I apologize, it looks like there have been a couple more steps added.

 

Sign into your GoToMeeting account and select My Account from the menu on the right:

On the next screen select My Account again from the menu on the right:

On the next screen select Personal Info on the left:

Then finally on this screen update your Time Zone information:

Hi @NitinShrivastav,

 

Sorry about that! Please do the following after signing into your account : 

  • Select My Account from the drop down menu on the right
  • Select Personal Info on the next page
  • Update the Time Zone settings to match your location

Hi @GlennD,

 

When i click on My Account, it just brings a logmein billing centre page which shows:

Subscriptions

Invoice History and

Payment Method

 

This is the link of the page that comes on clicking My Account:

Thanks @GlennD,

 

But even after doing what you said, i am receiving the same warning after logging in GoToMeeting.

So, I tried sign out and sign again to GoToMeeting. But it did not helped.

I tried restarting my machine and sign in again. Again it did not helped.

I tried logging once again now, and the warning went away. Thanks @GlennD
