GoToMeeting features question

I need a confirmation that the following feature sets are available in GotoMeeting.

  1.  Ability to stop someone from ending a session unless you are the “organiser” ?
  2.   See who is currently using a meeting
  3.  Software needs to advise if another session is booked at the requested time
  4. Copy files to client machine
  5. Will run when UAC is turned on

Re: GoToMeeting features question

Hi @Prashan

1. Only the meeting organizer can end a meeting however, attendees can leave anytime they want.

2. An attendee list can be displayed in the GoToMeeting control panel. It will show the name and email address entered by the attendee when they joined the meeting.

3. GoToMeeting organizer accounts are not designed to be shared. When you schedule a meeting through the website it will warn you if meetings overlap. If you decide to share your account with someone else and they try to start a meeting while one is already in progress, they will be warned. If they ignore the warning and start the meeting anyway, the current meeting will end.

4. GoToMeeting does not support copying files between computers.

5. GoToMeeting does not run as a service, so UAC does not prevent it from running. You cannot interact with UAC prompts remotely using GoToMeeting as it does not run as a service.
