Gotomeeting calendar invite accepted by the customer but no notification of acceptance received

We have been facing issue with not being notified when a customer accepts the meeting invite.

Can anyone help us with what could go wrong?

@Reetika Sorry for any confusion there.

GoToMeeting is not responsible for the management of any one calendar, such as Outlook or Google.  We simply populate the invitation, and then allow your email provider to handle the management of that appointment.  Is it possible that your calendar invitations are not marked for RSVP?
