I wish I could get my attendees using the web browser, instead Gotomeeting always insists on downloading!

@Jebross613  Soon GoTo will ask each attendee how they want to join, and we are introducing Hand Raising to the desktop + mobile software shortly.

This morning, that is the "experience" I get. I'm not aware of changing anything since yesterday!
Let's hope it stays!

Sadly, today's meeting has reverted to the old interface - no "raise hand".

What is it that controls when I see the "new experience" and when I don't? I haven't managed to spot a pattern or way to influence it.

Hi @PeterParslow

 

The GoTo Meeting organizer controls if the meeting uses the classic GoToMeeting or the new GoTo App experience. The organizer can switch to the GoTo App by signing into their account on our website > open the menu in the top right > Settings > Meetings
