Hand Raising
Hand raising has been requested for years. It's really hard to explain to people why we should use GoToMeeting over the privacy hole laden zoom product, when such a basic feature is not available. It also makes it difficult to hold meetings.
And while gotowebinar has the hand raise feature, dial-in participants have no way to raise their hand nor are they displayed in the attendee list, so we can't even control their mic.
Seems to be a major disconnect here between basic needs/functions and what LogMeIn is offering

So hand raising doesn't work with the windows app. And in the browser interface, some cameras don't work. Very disappointed.
Of course, the host also needs the correct client
That's really helpful, thanks. I'll let the various meeting organisers know, and hopefully they'll adopt the new experience.

The GoTo Meeting organizer controls if the meeting uses the classic GoToMeeting or the new GoTo App experience. The organizer can switch to the GoTo App by signing into their account on our website > open the menu in the top right > Settings > Meetings
Sadly, today's meeting has reverted to the old interface - no "raise hand".
What is it that controls when I see the "new experience" and when I don't? I haven't managed to spot a pattern or way to influence it.This morning, that is the "experience" I get. I'm not aware of changing anything since yesterday!
