Nakatsubo You can 'hard-mute' the entire audience by using your telephone key pad, pressing *5 to rotate through listening modes.

We did a test and participants could unmute themselves, we would like to keep everyone muted and not give them an unmute option. Is this possible?
Thanks for asking and answering. I was looking for the same information. (Really wish a hard mute was an option.)
