Nakatsubo You can 'hard-mute' the entire audience by using your telephone key pad, pressing *5 to rotate through listening modes.

Nakatsubo This functionality only works on your telephone keypad, which should be easy to open and close while you are in session.

Sorry but I don't see how it is easy to open as you said.
I tried to start a meeting through my smartphone and there is no way I can open the keypad on it.
Would you mind to send some printscreen as a guide to do the way you said?

Nakatsubo It may vary depending upon the device you're using, but most smart phones will have a button on the face that shows all the different apps in use. You have to be connected by phone in order for this to work, and once you switch to the phone app there should be a keypad icon to activate the numbered key options.
