Need instructions for recording webcams on GoToMeeting
Hi --
I only have GoToMeeting and not GoToWebinar. I would like to know if, and how, I can record webcam footage during meetings. I use GoToMeeting for research purposes but increasingly I need webcam footage for clients. Please let me know if this is possible or if only GoToWebinar has this functionality?

If your plan allows for unlimited Cloud Recording functionality (currently GoToMeeting Business tiers and above), then you would need to enable that for the Organizer account as the recording preference. From there, just make sure you start screen sharing in order to trigger the webcam recording as well, before you start to record them.
