No one can hear me but GoToMeeting Setting shows Mic is working.

I am using the built in Laptop Mic. I can record my voice and it works perfectly fine in every meeting app and app in windows except for GoToMeeting. I have tried basically everything I can think of. I even called support and had them on the computer for almost an hour and they could not solve it.

In GoTo Meeting settings it shows my mic is being picked up, but in the actual meeting it never shows I am talking and no one can hear me. Its like it isnt transmitting my voice, but my computer is picking it up. Of course I have tried completely re-installing and this happens on both the web and desktop versions of GTM. It does not matter who is hosting the meeting and I am not muted in any way shape or form. I am going to try to use a different computer and see if its computer specific but I wanted to post this here in case anyone else has had the same issue.

Thank you!

@tristancurtis97  Can you tell us the specs of the affected PC?

Have you tried an external microphone / headset with this computer?

Were there any driver updates available from your computer manufacturer's website?

@tristancurtis97  We may need to compare the Windows logs with GoTo logs to see where the disconnect is.  If you can call into Support and file a case, we may be able to investigate further.
