Hi Leeann, for Outlook 2007 there is no plug-in, but you can enable our integration through the GoToMeeting Preferences: http://support.citrixonline.com/en_US/meeting/help_files/G2M020004

Outlook plug in suddenly stopped working.

I had no issue previously with the plug in now all I get is the error: We apologize, but an error has occured while processing your request. Please try again.

I tried to reinstall and had no luck.

Hi Dorothy, at what point does this error occur: during or after the installation?

Having the same issue.  Outlook plugin removed using "add/remove programs" in control panel.  latest version downloaded from gotomeeting and installed without problems.

Opened outlook and attempted to schedule a gotomeeting, but I keep getting "We apologize, but an error has occurred while processing your request."

Nothing in the event log to indicate an issue.

Having the same issue. Did the same as Daniel. Getting the error when clicking on Meet Now or Schedulel Meeting, whether in "Home" or withing the Calendar.

Hi,

Please try signing out of your GoToMeeting account via the plug-in, and then sign back in:

  1. In Outlook navigate to Add Ins
  2. Click on the GoToMeeting plug-in settings
  3. Sign Out
  4. Click on the plug-in again
  5. Sign In and enter your GoToMeeting account details
